Preventative Maintenance

We Offer Thorough Preventative Maintenance Services

Evergreen Air, Inc. in Elma, WA, provides heating and cooling system preventative maintenance services. We recommend getting this service annually, in October for your heating system, and in April or May for your cooling system. Maintenance is defined as restoring equipment back to a factory condition or as close to a factory condition as possible. If factory restoration is not possible then typically a repair or replacement option will be advised and offered.

We Provide Diagnostics, Repairs, and Replacement

During our preventative maintenance process, we will fully inspect your heating or cooling system, including diagnostics. Diagnostics allow us to identify which component(s) are faulty and or causing the system to fail operations. This service is step one for any system that is NOT operational and will be followed by repair or replacement options. We will let you know if repairs or a replacement unit is needed. Once you have approved, we will continue on to these services.
